Urban plot in the town of Sa Pobla, very good and quiet area close to supermarkets, pac, police. A maximum of 4 homes could be built, and a parking space must be left per home (in case a basement needs to be built).
On the ground floor you can build a house or two, being able to build 100 x100 if a basement has been made (that is, one house of 400 meters or two of 200 meters).
